Additional attacks with Rope Dart?

Rules Questions

Silver Crusade

I've been trying to think of how to make a Fighter alternate of the Far Strike Monk with similar amount of additional attacks. I know Manyshot works only for arrows but I'm curious if TWF & ITWF would work for the Rope Dart?

I'm playing PFS and going full Fighter would allow access to some useful Fighter only feats and full BAB would let me take Improved Snap Shot at 9th level, whereas Far Strike Monk would get that at the end of the character's career (11th level).

So, does TWF & ITWF work for Rope Dart and any good build suggestions for using a rope dart?

That's another dodgy UE weapon isn't it, 12' rope but a 20' range increment...

Manyshot and quickdraw works for many things

Edit: Sorry I was thinking Rapid Shot there wasn't I.

Silver Crusade

Yeah Rapid Shot works for ranged attacks to grant an extra attack. But would TWF and ITWF add additional attacks for a ranged thrown weapon?

Yes.

Much like a Dagger, thrown from each hand.

Would this require 2 rope darts, one for each hand? Or would this work for 1 rope dart in hand to get additional attacks?

You would need two different weapons.

Now, as it is a Monk weapon, you could Flurry with one Rope Dart.

TWF works with thrown weapons, the issue with what you're asking has more to do with whether a rope dart can be used as a 1H (or light) weapon for the purposes of TWF.

Thrown Weapons: The same rules apply when you throw a weapon from each hand. Treat a dart or shuriken as a light weapon when used in this manner, and treat a bolas, javelin, net, or sling as a one-handed weapon.

I lean toward no, based on its description not mentioning this (also note that "dart" =/= "rope dart"), and that I'd expect this weapon to use both hands when maintaining control of the rope. (But to be fair, it doesn't actually say anything about hands, so ostensibly the rope could be tied to your wrist for iterative retrieval instead of using another hand? are there any demonstrations like this out there?)

However, even if it is compatible with TWF, you'd still need one for each hand since only Flurry attacks can be made with a single weapon.
