I restarted my Pathfinder RPG subscription in the last few days hoping Villain Codex would ship with my other subscription items and it seems to be stuck as a separate order. Any reason it didn't ship with my subscription as shipping costs to the UK are not cheap and the exchange rate is upping the cost even more at the moment (our fault admittedly)?

Thanks for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your account, and it seems that your subscription was started after your November order had already been generated, which is why it didn't join in automatically. Once our subscription orders are generated, you'd have to either add items to that order during the shipping step of checkout, or we'd have to move them manually.
It looks like the Villain Codex was put into your sidecart, so it should be sending out with your next round of subscriptions. This way, it shouldn't incur any extra shipment fees. However, if you'd like to have it sent out earlier, just let us know and we can get it on the way.

Thanks Katina. It's now showing in my next subscription shipment so all sorted.
