Thanks for letting us know about this! It sounds like we were having a widespread problem with this, but our Digital Product Manager has informed me that it should be resolved. If you go to your downloads and either refresh the page, or sign out and back in, your PDF should now be in the right spot.
If you try the above suggestions and still aren't seeing the PDF, let me know and I'll be sure to do some more investigating.
