Hello helpful customer service ninja!

I just received a new credit card after receiving my order notification. Is it still possible to change my payment method? Also, is it too late to add any items to the shipment?

Hi Chris,

You should still be able to change the payment method by going through the My Subscription page. If it has any issues updating for the pending order, please send us an email confirming the last 4 digits of the card and we can update it from our side.

You can still add items to the shipment, though I would recommend doing that as soon as possible, as we are estimating that we will start shipping on Monday. To add items to the pending order:

From the shopping cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button
This should bring you to a section with different numbered buttons that you can click on.
Click on "Step 2 - Shipping"
Click the button that says "Change Shipping Details"
This should should bring you to a page the will display all available shipping options and methods for the order at the time is it being placed, one of which should be "Combine It" and you should have the option to combine it with order 3637576.

Thank you! I have changed the payments method through the subscriptions page, but my orders page still has the previous card. I also added a new order and selected the side cart, which I think is the right thing?

Thanks for the update. I have set the order to match that card and it looks like thing should be good.

If you add items to the sidecart after the subscription order has been generated for the month, they will wait in the sidecart for the following month. If the order for month has been generated, they should be set to be added directly to that order.

I have moved them out of the sidecart and combined them with the pending order. You should get an updated order confirmation email soon.
