Recently came across the 'Blood of Dragons' Trait. And, while interesting, it doesn't really fit my character concept all that well. He's an Owl-Druid. Would it be acceptable, to the minds of any DMs out there, to re-flavor it as an "owl-dragon"?
Yes, yes, they technically don't exist in the world of Pathfinder. Which is why I'm also seeking help in fleshing out the idea and the aforementioned creature.

Special Abilities (Su): An owl dragon’s breath weapon depends on what type of dragon parent it had, as summarized on the table below. Regardless of its type, an owl dragon’s breath weapon is usable once per day, deals 3d6 points of damage, and allows a DC 14 (Reflex save for half damage). The save DC is Constitution-based.
Dragon Variety Breath Weapon
Black or copper dragon|_|60-foot line of acid
Brass dragon|________|60-foot line of fire
Blue or bronze dragon|_|60-foot line of electricity
Gold or red dragon|____|30-foot cone of fire
Green dragon|________|30-foot cone of acid
Silver or white dragon|_|30-foot cone of cold
I'm not sure that's exactly right, but I think it's fairly close.

I approve of tiny characters.
If they add it to a future beastiary or other rulebook, Pathfinder might make it half giant owl, M sized, for some kind of balance issue I have little interest in. It might be the result of alternate clone.
Alternate clone is similar to the clone spell, except it uses a sample of 2 or more creatures to create a newborn creature with a separate soul or spirit. Thus a dragon scale and owl feather are used to create an owldragonlet. They could be raised by the retired wizard, into pure research, and their natural family.

Awesome backstory idea. Mind if I steal for future reference?

I'm not sure that's...
the flat-footed AC should be 16 not 12.
Fortitude should be increased by 3
CMD should be 13
Also HP should be 7 (1d8+3)
and AC needs to have the natural armor listed in the breakdown.
