Making my first PFS cleric, and would like to know if there is any way to grant static damage to negative channels?

What does "static damage" mean?
Did you want it to be a static number? For example, you do 3 points of damage per two levels (instead of doing 1d6 per two levels).
Or did you want electrical damage? For example, you do 1d6 electrical damage per two levels.
I was hoping for a way to increase channel damage.
Example 1d6+2 or something?
