Can't seem to recall if it's a feat / item / trait / whatever... Help?

Advice

Alright, so, I seem to be recalling SOMETHING in this game that has the effect along the lines of "your constitution score counts as double for the purposes of dying by negative hit points" or some such. I've looked all over the PFSRD and Archives of Nethys, and I can't seem to find it.

Am I going insane; actually remembering something that exists; or remembering something from a third party or older edition product?

Becoming mythic has a similar effect.

Other than that? I can't think of what it might be... but I remember there being something. How bothersome. ^_^

Hard to Kill is along those similar lines? Tourmaline Sphere Ioun Stone as well!

The Alchemist has the Lingering Spirit Discovery. Doesn't double it, but increases it by 10 for the purpose of dying, and Con damage doesn't kill you until -5 Con instead of 0.

Life Oracle capstone.

Upon reaching 20th level, you become a perfect channel for life energy. You become immune to bleed, death attacks, exhaustion, fatigue, nausea effects, negative levels, and sickened effects. Ability damage and drain cannot reduce you below 1 in any ability score. You automatically make saving throws against massive damage. When you are below 0 hit points, you do not die until your negative total is in excess of twice your Constitution score.

Not necessarily twice the total...

But the Heart of the Wilderness human trait allows them to add half of their character level to their constitution score to determine how far into the negatives until they die.

Thanks guys. I believe Rufus was correct in what I was remembering. That said, there were a few things I wasn't aware of. Thanks again.

Been trying to rebuild my Unbreakable Meat Wall, so I've been trying to find anything new for temp HP or Con score for death that popped up since the last time I looked.

Orc (and by extension Half-Orcs) have a Fighter Favored Class Bonus that adds +1 to your Con score for the purposes of not dying each time you take it if you're looking at Unbreakable Fighter or something.

There;s a half orc barb build floating around that doesn't die until like -50 hit points, and with ferocity can still take partial actions.

Don't remember the exact combo of feats and stuff, however,

I know the half-orc unbreakable very well, had some epic adventures with the fellow (single handedly holding a narrow pass vs goblin horde until reinforcements arrived, for example). And it's +2 to con score for purposes of orc death, unless they nerfed it.

Current calculations I've got for the half-orc unbreakable (assuming generous GM) equals out to -85 HP (assuming rolled an 18 con, and GM will allow the Arisen story feat and Resurrected trait to stack), with ferocity, deathless chain, and stuff like Fight On and Godless Healing.

As an aside, it saddens me there's no deity of Endurance or Perseverance or some such.

If Gorum doesn't work for you, Kurgess might fit.
