Spring Attack and AoO

Rules Questions

I have read Spring attack both ways in regards to AoO. Some places it states it prevents all AoO and some say AaO of target. So,

1) When spring attacking a foe with another foe standing next to him, would his friend get an AoO.

2) Can you use this to evade a foe's AoO standing next to you by spring attacking another foe at least 10' away?

As a full-round action, you can move up to your speed and make a single melee attack without provoking any attacks of opportunity from the target of your attack...

I'm not sure how this can be read as anything except the target of your attack does not get an AoO - anyone who is not a target gets AoO's as normal for your movement.

So:
1) Yes, the adjacent foe gets to attack.
2) No, the foe is not your target, so gets the AoO as normal.

There is another feat that allows movement without AoO's. It, however, is a Teamwork feat, so there needs to be Two of you.

Inquisitors use it.
