I have been wondering about this since I have a upcoming multi- table event special. If there is a buff that effects everyone that is considered a ally does it effect the other tables? for a example, an 11 level bard inspiring courage by singing, does it help the other tables and give them the buff if they can hear the Bard? It was something that has had me pondering. thanks in advance.

I am not sure but I have tried where actions at one table affected all tables. While it was enjoyably chaotic, it was very difficult to adjucate and something I will not reattempt.
I gotcha, lol I just got a picture of the first level group getting the buffs from the high-level groups and just walking through the area like its nothing I mean just using the inspire courage that I can think off the top of my head that's at least a 4 for bare minimum to attack and damage. I'm trying to think of other things that could cause crossovers to the other tables but I can't think of any at this moment

When we play specials this usually happens 1-2 times, because some scenes do take place with all tables of PCs in the same area. Typically, this only happens for buffs, never for area attacks by enemies that might also hit other (lower-level!) tables. Environment-altering stuff like someone blowing a hole in the wall as an exit is also sometimes communicated to other tables.
It's usually stuff like Bless, Channel Energy or Bardic Performance. In the case of Performance it's also kind of expected that the bard player actually gives a speech or something like that.
I've been pondering making a Churchill-esque bard for those things. It would be kinda cool to deliver speeches like that and there. But you have to really be up to it as a player. You have to make an impression.

I couldnt count on it for events like Gencon, but if you do the multi-table events locally (where the crowd is smaller), you might be able to convince the OverGM and table GMs to go along with it.
I overGMed the Season 2 Special last fall and I allowed (with the table GMs okaying it, too) a cleric at one table to use their turn in combat to fix the blindness of a character at another table.
Might not let things go with Bardic song or Channel and such, but something like that to help with someone's save or suck condition I think is fine.
Edit: I think that same cleric may also have raise dead on someone at another table, too, but I cant remember if that actually happened.

The first special I ever played was I think 4 tables playing Year of the Shadow Lodge special. We had a high level cleric come to our table to restore ability damage or something that would have severely crippled one of the characters. There were also a few area buffs if I remember correctly. Its how I fell in love with the multitable specials. I know in that special it actually called out at some points that higher tables could directly help lower tables.

Our specials have been 5-9 tables so far, so someone stepping over to fix a nasty condition has been an acceptable though uncommon event. I think it happens once or twice per special at most.
At some point it seemed like we were going to join a table that hadn't finished a combat yet, but that idea made everyone uneasy and it didn't happen in the end. Which is good, I think.

The Grand Convocation special had a multi-table buff mechanic in it. When a cleric channeled, for example, the GM or player would shout "Channel positive energy!", and all the adjacent tables would take the appropriate level of healing for their tier. So a 7th level cleric would channel, and the adjacent 1st level table would heal 1d6 (instead of 4d6).
Likewise, when a bard started a performance, GM or player would announce "Bardic performance: inspire courage!", and the adjacent tables would benefit from a level-appropriate inspire courage for 1 round.
I'm sure there were others built in, but those are the two I remember.
