You mean, besides what the core rulebook says?
Assuming you have the version with the errata from a couple years ago, you should be set. If not, read the errata, or even check out the PRD, they're up to date.
Is there a bit about Stalth that you don't understand?
As for me, I would just make sure your GM agrees that using Stealth lets you make a Sneak Attack. The RAW doesn't make this part clear, though between the RAW and some (unofficial) posts by Paizo staff, the RAI is very clear that it should - still, a few GMs may prefer to follow the exact RAW which does't let you make a Sneak Attack just because you use Stealth.
Everything else seems pretty cut and dry.

I left the question open ended, but what is ideal is a stealth version of the famous Grapple Flow Chart.
A few of the questions I had (And the answers as I understand them):
- Is the poor mook getting shanked flat footed for the first attack, or until the mooks's initiative step? (Breaks after first attack roll)
- After attacking can you move behind cover and hide? (With a Bluff check against Sense Motive)
- After attacking can you move into total cover and hide? (Yes, See total concealment)
- After attacking can you move into concealment and hide? (With Bluff) Total concealment? (Yes, Because being in stealth treats you as having total concealment. I'm just guessing here, any comments?)
- Is a 5 foot step enough of a move? (With a Bluff)
- If you shoot then move into total cover/concealment, do you use the sniping rule? (No, hiding after a snipe is a move action. So take the snipe penalty, or move, bluff, and hide)
If an unchained rogue drops a smokestick for a 10 ft cloud of smoke, can he move 10 feet back for total concealment, roll stealth, then step 10 ft forward for a sneak attack? Can he do that if he succeeds at a bluff check?
