Hi,
I put some singles and previous cases into my shopping cart but the system is applying the 15% Pathfinder Advantage discount instead of the 30% Case Subscriber discount.

I'm noticing the shopping cart is not adding the 30% PB Case Subscription discount to my purchases as well.

I'm not seeing anything currently in your shopping cart to be able to check on/fix this. If you add stuff back in and it's still not showing the correct price, please leave the items in there, so we can investigate. Thanks!

Also not seeing anything in your shopping cart to be able to check on this at the moment. If you add anything else and it's still not working, let us know.

Hello and thanx for the reply. I have added a PB Winter case (shows full price). Also, it doesn't seem to matter what I add into cart - no discount. In addition, I had a relative check and theirs didn't give the discount either.

Thanks for looking into this so quickly.

I have placed the Reign of Winter case and the Gargantuan White Dragon back in my shopping cart. Still not showing Case Subscriber discounter checkout. I have tried this with various other Pathfinder Battles items with the same results.

So I see from some other posts that this is an issue for other customers as well. I have placed my order for the Reign of Winter Case and White Dragon and put the items in my sidecart. Can you adjust to the correct price? Order #3613122.

Thanks for letting us know! I've changed the prices in your sidecart to reflect the discount.. Since sidecart orders aren't technically finalized, it might try to change the prices back when the order is generated by subscriptions. If it does this, just let me know and I'll be sure to switch them back for you. Otherwise, you should be all set!
