MoG is not listed as a morale effect, nor does it expressly grant one; it would not be affected by this talent at all.
Even if you interpret MoG as a "morale effect", it still will not gain any affect other than increasing its own duration by 2 rounds. If you use the benefit of MoG, it is discharged.
