Actually... all of the fiends we've developed for Pathfinder and Golarion are copyrighted.
You can use their stats if you se the OGL and abide by its rules, but the contents you're using are still copyrighted. (This is how we're able to use the classic d20 stats for folks like Baphomet).
The flavor text is not open at all, of course, so it's best to go with the mythological ones since their "flavor text" is public domain.

As explained in past posts, you can for instance have a fiend named Demogorgon, but you can't have it be a two-headed baboon monster, because that is WotC IP
So I assume with Pathfinder fiends, you for instance could use Lamashtu, and keep some of the elements that are based on myth (rivalry with Pazuzu, association with child birth, etc), but you can't make her a jackal-headed, winged pregnant demon.
