Order 3594864 - Gargantuan Red Dragon never arrived

Greetings,

My booster for Pathfinder Battles Dungeon Deep set arrived last week, but without the Red Dragon. At first, I wasn't worried because I saw on my order that the dragon actually shipped two days later than the rest of the minis. I've waited this week, but it has never arrived. I see on the account page that it should have taken 2-5 business days to arrive. Since it shipped on Wednesday the 10th we're now past 5 business days. Is there any way that you can track this package?

Hi Nathan,

Because subscription shipments are often processed in batches/waves, it is difficult to pinpoint precisely when any one package may leave. Your shipping confirmation email should read that it "is expected to by Friday, June 19th." This means that it could leave the warehouse anytime between getting the notification and that last date.

For orders like this, we typically start counting the transit time from the last possible shipping day, so it may still arrive in the next 2 to 5 business days. If it hasn't arrive by next Friday, please let us know.
