I was more wanting the werewolf stats then the skinwalker I just havent played this as long as alot of people I just thought the concept would be good
The reason Skinwalker is being suggested is because playing a werewolf is not a PC option and thus requires GM approval, so you will need to talk with your GM about it.
I personally would be leery of allowing a werewolf PC at lower levels. Werewolves have the Lycanthrope template which has a CR adjustment. Natural Lycanthropes get DR10/silver which most enemies won't be able to bypass, and the stat adjustments are nothing to sneeze at (although the -Cha is working against you here). There is also the concern that you could infect others with Lycanthropy (even your team mates if you get hit with certain enchantment effects). Being Afflicted isn't really an option unless you plan on avoiding actually *being* a werewolf, since your character will almost certainly turn on the party when you transform due to changing into a CE monster.
If your GM does give you the go ahead, you would end up building your character like a regular Bloodrager (although you will need to invest more heavily in Cha to make up for your penalty). Try to pick a race that gives a bonus to Str and Cha to mitigate the penalty - Angel Blooded Aasimar, Nagaji and Demon Spawn Tiefling are all good options.

Kind of amusing that he'll allow werewolves and not Aasimars.
But what exactly are you looking for here? Abyssal + Werewolf absolutely screams a natural attack build, but that's... really only changing item selection (Amulet of Mighty Fists over a weapon). We can help, but it's hard to help from zero. A starting point would be nice.
I will say that as a Bloodrager you probably want more than a 14 in Str. 16 would be nice.
