Purchased Items not showing up in Downloads

Hello,

I purchased 3 mods (Giantslayer 1-3) on PDF but they are not showing up in my Downloads thread. What gives?

Also, I already had an account but went to change my credit card information and had selected 'new address'. The box that you put the information for a new address in was too small!!!! I could not complete it to hit the 'select this address' tab at the bottom. So, I registered a new account figuring that might fix the small address box problem.

Nope.

I had to scroll down to copy, paste that on to a word doc just to see that there was phone number box and 2 tabs at the bottom )Cancel and Select this address). I kept clicking below the box in random spaces until it took. Someone might want to look at making the box bigger to view.

And I would still like my PDF downloads. :)

The issue with the size of the box for the billing address tends to pop up on some different internet browsers if they have compatibility mode turned on. We recommend turning compatibility mode off, if you have that option, or trying a different browser.
