Ampoule of False Blood, Crossblooded, and excessively entitled Sorcerers

Rules Questions

Hey all, i wanted to run a particular scenario by y'all.
I just came across the Ampoule of False blood, and i'm wondering if y'all would allow it to grant a sorcerer the crossblooded bloodline (specifically serpentine/draconic) if the ampoule in question was made appropriately as per construction requirements by a crossblooded serpentine/draconic sorcerer. Archetypes be funky. If so, a) how would this effect a 10th level sorcerer's current spells known, and b) would you allow the new sorcerer in question access to the Dragon Disciple PrC? If all of these, admittedly, extraneous exceptions are allowed, how far would you allow the PrC to enhance the bloodline's granted powers? Specifically, the PrC states that "A dragon disciple adds his level to his sorcerer levels when determining the powers gained from his bloodline." Naturally, this assumes the sorcerer only had the draconic bloodline, but since due to crossblooded he has access to two bloodlines (despite the obvious easy homerule of "dragon only grants access to dragon") there's a possibility for serpentine progression, however minor. Thoughts?
Sincerely, a sorcerer who doesn't know how to quit.

1. By RAW, no Crossblooded archetype off an Ampoule. I'd consider it, but the player should have a pretty good explanation as to how and why he wants this to occur.

2. Yes, he would have to follow the rules of the archetype. Minus one spell known at every level. On the flip side, he could probably change out his bloodline spells if desired.

3. There's only one bloodline level, Crossblooded or no, so he'd advance the whole thing. That one's pretty easy.
