I have made a handful of custom items up for the auction at the beginning of Mummy's Mask Book 2, and figured I would post them here to see what people think and/or whether they will have unforeseen game breaking consequences down the line.
Aielean's Judgement
Eye of Abaddar
Heartrender
Sash of Heroism and Luck
The Wrath of the Desert
They are all priced in such a way that it will be difficult for a single player to afford them, and were all created in a way that each one is useful to multiple people in the party. There was a little bit of price-fiat with a few of the items, but I tried to stay as close to the magic item guidelines as possible.
If I create any more items (considering one or two more) I will edit this post, and make another post in the thread.

Heartrender's charges cannot be restored by normal means. One charge can be restored by committing a coup de grace on a living, helpless creature with HD equal to at least 1/2 the wielders by running Heartrender through the creatures heart.
This is easily abused by keeping a lvl 2 commoner on call, plus a bag of 1HD hamsters...

The Sash re-breaks Barbarians after the Courageous FAQ brought them back into line. The rest are probably okay.
Eh, I think the Courageous Weapon FAQ is kind of dumb anyways. Its realistically just +2 Str and +1 Fort Saves while raging, so I'm not particularly worried about it breaking anything. (+1 hit, +1-1.5 damage isn't the end of the world)

Sure, until they get a Cracked Pale Green Prism (+1 morale bonus to basically everything Heroism does), then it's +3 to hit, +1.5 damage, +2 to Ref/Will, +3 to Fort, +level to HP, +2 to all skills. Boots of the Battle Herald are a possible alternative to the Ioun Stone to throw in +2 damage.
Then they snag a Jingasa and a Luckstone too. Now add +2 to AC, another +2 to all saves, and another +2 to all skills.
The synergies make it obnoxiously cheap for a mere 20k.

Hmmmm yeah good point.
How about changing that to....
"This sash grants its wearer a +2 morale bonus on saves versus fear. In addition, the wearer can spend a free action once per turn to increase the strength of a morale or luck bonus they are benefitting from by 2 for one round. This can be done a second time as a swift action if desired."
I skimmed for items that gave morale/luck and didnt see those items you mentioned when I did. I am also not allowing crafting feats, so I can stop some of the really broken combos.
That limits it to either +2 AC, +2 Hit, or +2 Damage (pick two with a swift) rather than a bonus to all of them.
