June Subscription Order Not Spawned

As per Sara Marie's last post in the sub thread, I made a new thread to report that my June sub order never spawned. I currently have no pending order and no new completed orders or charges to my account. Not sure why I got skipped over in the auth progress, but so it goes. Thank you for looking into it!

Thank you for letting us know. The order should be generated now and you should be receiving an email confirmation. Please look it over and let me know if any changes need to be made.


Hey! Thanks for checking it out so quickly, I appreciate it. I got the email and it seems like it generated fine - but neither my Campaign Setting or Companion subs seem to be taking the Pathfinder Advantage discount into account (which I think was an issue in April too), nor does it seem to be using my $10 store credit despite being set to. Other than that, it looks fine!

I took a look at it and it should be reflecting the discount and the store credit now. You should be receiving an updated email confirmation.
