Hi guys,
My June subscription shipment is still showing pending. It's likely because my credit card number had changed (stupid Bank of America getting hacked and sending out new cards) and so the payment failed the first time, but I've since changed it to a working card. Can you all just look at the order and make sure I don't need to do anything else to get it pushed through?
Order number is 3605167.

Hmm... it looks right to me. I could try an old address, but the address that's listed there should be correct.

Order 3598161
Just got a notice from Paizo saying my payment method was declined. I have changed nothing in my settings for the payment method.
I called my card and they said Paizo did not try to charge anything today.
Had a previous issue with this order charging too much, bottom of the first page of this thread is my post about not getting credit for the store credit.
CS helped in this thread to correct the charge, and on my order page it says "$28.35 will be authorized to reprocess one pending order."
What does this mean?
I would call but I got the email as I got home and it is outside of your customer service hours. The information on the site for this card is correct.

The warehouse has let me know that anything that they could ship for subscription copies of new releases has been shipped. If you have an order that has not shipped yet and you aren't sure why, let us know by starting a new thread here in the CS forums, by emailing us or calling and we can take a look!
