Order 3354967 From November 3, 2014, when will it ship?

Hello, my name is Kimberly Burgess, and I am inquiring as to when Order 3354967, placed on November 3, 2014, will finally ship.

Its order page said that it will ship with Order 3500773 from April 10, 2015, but Order 3500773 did not ship with Order 3354967.

Order 3565310 shipped out on May 8, 2015 and also did not have Order 335967.

Has Psionics Embodied actually come in stock, or has my order fallen through the cracks? I would like to receive it when it is available.

Sorry for any confusion with this! It looks like that got stuck in a weird order limbo where it couldn't finish processing. I have wrestled it loose for the goblins. It is now fully in your sidecart and should be able to ship with your next subscription order. (Please let me know if you want it moved to ship sooner than that).

Oh, Sharaya, please look at the comment thread on the Psionics Embodied item page. There is another person who posted there last month with the exact same problem who also ordered it in November. That person may still need help.
