Couple of questions:
1) When OTHERS are spellcrafting a Deaf oracle's casting, is the DC calculated as standard, or with Silent Metamagic factored in?
2) How does the DC increase for a deaf oracle (with lipreading) when spellcrafting?
1) By the rules, Silent Metamagic does not have any effect on the Spellcraft DC to identify a spell. So there is no change.
2) See 1. above.
I guess I just assumed that if you had to cast the spell at a higher level, it also made it harder to identify. But you're right, I don't see anything to suggest metamagic increases the difficulty of the spell.
Never assume that the rules say something they don't explicitly say or directly imply.
