Hello, I placed this order a few days ago and noticed that it is still pending and hasn't moved to my sidecart like my other orders/preorders. I am not sure if this is intended but wanted to raise it to your attention in case it needs further prodding. Thanks in advance

It looks like the order was confused, so it was waiting for your preorder to get in before shipping. I've moved both items into the sidecart to be sent with your next round of subscriptions. However, if you want the Crowe playmat sent right away, just let me know and I should be able to give it a nudge.
