so i got a full refund, but hey paizo, how about a damn explanation, on why, i wont be getting what i for all intensions had paid for, my email is in the system, through my account, find it and send me an answer.

The only thing I can find is one item that is still in your shopping cart, which has not been submitted. If that is what you were talking about, you may just need to finish submitting your shopping cart. If it gives you any trouble, please let us know.
