Question about adding sessions...

Greetings. I am asking a question about this as I tried to find the info here on the message board but could not find it (even with the search function). How do I add the sessions I have played for my PF Society character? I recently played some games with my character at the CanGames convention this past week and want to know how to add this to my character here to be sure it is registered properly.

There should have been a sign-up sheet that went around at each table. You put your name and PFS number on it along with faction. The event organizer is responsible for inputting that info, which will keep your character up to date.

Especially for a convention, it may take a few days or even weeks to get through all the sheets.

Okay, I can understand that, considering the vast numbers that played this year :)

Though my next question will then be: where would I find the sessions I played last year? My profile still reads as having no sessions, yet I have my sheets from last year in my book (all signed and proper). How do I add those ones in?

You don't. The GM does. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't.

Ultimately it doesn't matter. The physical chronicle sheets are the official record of your character.

Being able to track your sessions online is a neat tool, but the best way to make 100% sure which games you've played/GMed/replayed is to do it on your own.

I noticed that I have a report of a Session i had completed last year at a convention I was at. But when i look at my character, the session was not added to the characters session list. How can i get this session added to my character on the site? AND can i add the session into my Hero Lab character sheet before playing with the character this year, even though its not on the Pathfinder Society site yet?

You can contact the coordinator for the convention. Sometimes a few things can happen: the sheet doesn't get turned in, someone mistypes the PFS number when reporting the game, or the person entering the numbers can't read it properly to give proper credit.

I took a look at your reported sessions, and they all seem to be associated with one of your characters. If you like please PM me the details and I'll see what I can do to help.
