Hi Guys,
These orders should have been combined but were not. I have now received confirmation that the order 3562097 is closed and cannot be combined.
I hate to complain about shipping costs again, but we gamers in Australia already get hit hard with postage, so some assistance would be appreciated.

It looks like the items on order 3562097 were added to the sidecart, rather than to the pending order, which is why they are not shipping together this month.
The system checks the sidecart for items to combine when subscription orders are generated each month. If you are trying to combine items after your order has been generated (after you get the order confirmation email), you need to select a different shipping option in the checkout process:
From the shopping cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button
This should bring you to a section with different numbered buttons that you can click on.
Click on "Step 2 - Shipping"
Click the button that says "Change Shipping Details"
This should should bring you to a page the will display all available shipping options and methods for the order at the time is it being placed.
If you still have a pending order that items can be combined with, you should see the option to "Combine It" with order XXXXXXX. (If it's too far along in processing, that option may not show up).
In any case, it looks like we are still waiting for more of these to come in from a distributor, so it will probably work out better that they are set to ship with next month's order, instead of holding up this month's order.
