I'm waiting for something official on that too.
The thing is, all of the new Unchained rulesets were made independent of each other, so no special considerations were made in this regard.
If you try it with the new AE, there's one of two ways I see it happening;
1. Unchained Flurry is looking to add nothing but Top Base Attack. In the new AE, this essentially means any bonus attacks from Flurry are all added to your first attack action (which sounds sweet). BUT, this means Monks are -insanely- mobile and are able to dish out the most swings, putting them leaps and bounds ahead of other martials.
2. Use the sidebar to where it follows TWF. This still lets the monk stay ahead in that his Flurry is free and others still need to invest 2 or 3 feats to keep up.
If it follows the first mode, it can definitely get out of hand. Especially if you try to follow a similar guideline for things like Medusa's Wrath.

I think "2." is the more reasonable option as well. The only thing that does not sit well, is it's so different from the RAW for the Unchained Monk. But then again, a lot of things are pretty different using the revised AE.

1) sounds strong at first glance, but given other full BAB classes have a lot of accuracy and damage steroids (rage/weapon training/challenge abilities) it isn't. It does however allow the monk to capitalize more on its maneuverability, which is supposed to be the monk's niche.
2) Is how the old monk would work in the revised action economy.

Under scenario 1, an unchained monk would have (at the expense of 1 ki), 4 attacks as one Act. All of them at his top attack bonus. 6 if he spends the stamina on Medusa's Wrath.
For those unaware, Medusa's Wrath Stamina combat trick adds "Flanking" to the list of conditions of which it applies. The only reason I point it out is because it can be a free feat (regardless of prereqs) at level 10. And maybe I'm a Stamina junkie.
-Love- the mobility that would add though. It's probably not all that strong honestly, but I guess my concern is if it's fair to other classes, since Flurry is free.
Would be insane to see with Flying Kick as well.
