So my party just had their first session, they made it up to the Decorated trees encounter.
It was a fun fight but they were able to capture one of the Sprites (Pym) using all the persuasion technieks avalilble to them , the Sprite was turned, he has sworn to assit the players in finding the Lodge and helping them save the Lady
I'm having second thoughts and am trying to think of an encounter idea that would help me off the little turncoat.
was considering somekind of borderwood spirit that takes personal offence to the invading fey. maybe an avatar of small birds.
any sugestions?

If they've not encountered the Lodge, you can always have it that the sprite knows its buddy went missing, suspects Rokhar, and is using the group to find its buddy in the case. After the group defeats Rokhar, have it free the other Fae and thank the group, promise not to fight them in the future to repay that debt, and vanish.
Thus you now have a motivation for the fae turning on the others.
Alternatively, you could have the fae suddenly shriek and then die, bleeding from the eyes, ears, nose and mouth... after the White Witches found out it had turned on them and break the winter shard in its heart.

Ideal points to remove Pym:
High Sentinel Lodge - Storeroom - Pym might sense Vrixx's presence before the rest of the party, and fly ahead to check it out. After wailing on the sprite's cage in outrage, Pym would abandon the party without a further word in order to bring news of Rhokar's betrayal to Teb Knotten.
The Watchful Hut - Radosek is scrying through the doll when the party arrives. While he cannot do anything to the PCs, he can certainly pierce Pym's heart, as noted by Tangent101.
The Harrowed Trail - Perhaps Pym is playing the long game - at least, for as long as a fey can hold its attention. He knew the PCs were trouble, but they outnumbered it and outfoxed it with their witchy words. But if he can get them to cross into the glyph of warding unawares, perhaps he can be the one to conquer these so-called "heroes".
While they're busy with the hut, Pym stays safely out of sight of Thora's mirror so he doesn't risk being seen with the interlopers. Instead, he uses the glyph's password to safely enter its area, and then obscure the wording. Visible wording isn't required for the spell; its more likely that the words are there to remind the invaders of the glyph's presence.
That done, he waits for the party to finish or be finished by Thora before attempting to lure them through the glyph's area.
Somir Valley - When the ambush occurs, Pym instantly switches sides. If you feel simply adding Pym to the existing ambush would be too much of a challenge, you could replace Squald with another winter-touched sprite.
Portal of Endless Winter - I don't actually think this would be a good point for Pym to switch sides; this is a huge turning point for the Border Wood invasion, and Pym would not want to be on the opposite side of anyone who can kill Teb Knotten. That being said, he would likely try to avoid the combat if possible, hiding nearby and watching for the outcome.
Mierul Ardelain - I doubt Mierul and Pym know each other. They may have seen each other, but Mierul wouldn't recognize any particular sprite, and Pym wouldn't attach any particular significance to the forlarren. That being said, he would likely avoid a confrontation with another winter-touched.
Waldsby - If Pym enters the tavern with the party, his fate is sealed, as per with Thora's mirror. He might die on the spot, or perhaps at a more dramatic time, after Radosek has passed judgement on his actions.
Hope this helps!

That might be an Idea, I did put a lot of "There is one I fear more then anything" maybe a extra encounter with somekind of hunter house with somekind of mirror
thanks all!
