I am having trouble placing an order.

So I am trying to pay for a pdf and it asks me to fill out info for my payment option, no problem. However it also asks you to fill in information on your billing address in some sort of mini window. I fill it out and I can find no way to get it to accept the information as in no accept button, or even pressing enter. The only thing there is to click is an X that closes the window thus making me enter all the information again and then getting back to the same point and the same problem. Help?

Hi there,

Thanks for letting us know about this! My best guess for what's causing the trouble is that our website sometimes has problems with browsers if they have a 'compatibility mode' enabled. Sometimes this makes it so that the pop-down menu does not show up all the way. If you try disabling that, it may help.

Otherwise, if may be easier if you just email us your billing address. The card information seemed to save just fine, so all I need is the address attached to the card. For security reasons, please don't provide your address on the messageboards. Just send an email with the address to customer.service@paizo.com and we should be able to enter the information for you. If it's easier, you can also call us at 425-250-0800 during our business hours, which are M-F, 10am - 5pm Pacific Time.
