Dear Customer support,
I'm starting to lose the joy of being a subscriber since this is the 3rd consecutive subscription shipment that I'm informed that my payment method was declined.
For the other 2 times, I have contacted your customer service, that is rapid in their response and very helpful, that informed that information was valid and after a res-submission the payment method was accepted and I could get my books, but honestly, having to contact you EVERYTIME I have a shipment is starting to become an unpleasant experience.
Could you please verify what needs (if any) to be changed in my payment information to make it a valid one once for all? This is the same option that use in other online stores with no issues at all.
