Would transforming into lightning reduce your pc weight to almost zero for the duration? Just wondering. It's not listed in the effects other than being made of lightning which has almost no weight.

It mentions nothing about encumbrance, so it does nothing to your total weight.

By the rules, e.g., the opposite of logic, no.

Of course, the writer of the bloodline probably didn't feel it worth taking up page space with such a clarification. We have GMs for that. ^_^
