Mantis Zealot + Cult Leader?

Is it possible, as a warpriest, to take both the mantis zealot and the cult leader archetypes?

Technically, no, since they both tamper with the warpriest's weapon and armor proficiency.

That being said, I recall finding the combo to not be too ridiculous (personally), so take that for what it's worth. Just don't try it in PFS. :)

The only thing that makes me cautious is that you get level 6 divine casting (with quickening for free via Fervor) on top of 11d6 sneak attack throughout your entire progression.

Is this balanced, and should I allow it in my game, even if it might be "technically" against the rules?

"Balanced" is a tricky word. I can't guarantee that it's "balanced", no. ^_^

All I can say is that I don't think it will be a game-breaker. It might be better than some other options, and depending on the rest of the build/party/campaign/players'-optimization-level, you might want to reassess it, or allow it only on a trial basis, or something. But in general, I think it will be okay.

Is this for a specific scenario? If so, can you give me more details about the situation? Character build plans, party makeup, campaign plot, that sort of thing.
