Hi,

For this order, it seems that there is no promo cards included. If that is the case, is it possible for you to cancel this order for me?

If promos are included, is it possible for you to cancel the base set and just send me the characters add on? I am based overseas so the shipping is atrocious if I get the base set from paizo unfortunately.

Hi!

There should be promo cards included (there are some display issues that are preventing them from showing up on order confirmation emails), but they are visible in the order on our side.

In order to cancel the Base Set, we need to cancel the subscription (otherwise the system may still try to generate the Base Set). So, I have cancelled the subscription, which also cancels the order. You should be able to restart the subscription with the Character Add-On Deck (to still get the same promos) on the website.
