So I finished the 3 scenarios in Perils of the Coast solo and now want to start the next adventure.
How do I deck build when I start Burnt Offerings Adventure Deck (B/O AD)?
1) Specifically, do I shuffle in the B/O AD cards with the Base Set cards to build the new scenario location?
2) And do I shuffle the new B/O cards into the Base Set cards to build my character deck as well?
3) Or are the location and character decks made exclusively of the new B/O cards?
4) It would seem the new B/O boons and banes would be overly diluted with the Base Set cards, making the new stuff much less likely to encounter if it were mixed into the Base Set cards...
Sorry if it's obvious, I didn't see these questions addressed in the rules.
Thanks!

No need to be sorry.
Don't add them to your character decks. You don't adjust your decks when you start a new adventure. Your character decks when you start the first scenario of burnt offerings will be exactly the same as they were when you finished black fang's dungeon.
Do mix them into the various slots in the box. So shuffle the deck 1 monsters in with b (and c if you have the characters add in deck) monsters in the box. Shuffle the deck 1 barriers in with the b barriers in the box. Do the same for the weapons, spells, armors, items, allies, and blessings.
Then, when you build locations for the burnt offerings scenarios you will have a mix of b, c and 1 cards in the locations. As you play the scenarios, you will acquire new cards. And of them will be from deck 1, but some will still be from b.

You mix monsters, barriers, weapons, armors... everything. But you only mix B/O (adventure 1) cards with the base set cards that are in the box. When you are building the scenario from adventure 1, you take all cards from the base set plus all the cards from adventure 1 (shuffled).
Your character will start the adventure with the same cards he finished the Perils of the coast adventure. Your character will only acquire cards from adventure 1 during exploration phases, I mean, only when you acquire a card when playing a scenario from adventure 1.

Whenever you get a Card Feat as a reward, you check off one of those boxes. Once you do that, you can then add another card of that type to your deck as you're rebuilding your deck at the end of the scenario. As you get more Card Feats, you can check off the later columns as well, or you can check off other card types -- it depends on what you feel your deck needs more of.
