Having issue resubscribing

I cancelled my pathfinder adventure card game subscription last year, but would like to resubscribe starting with character add-on pack. For some reason, it will not let me do so.

I'm sorry to hear that's not working for you! I have kicked the order through from our side. You should get an email confirm the order information. Please double check everything and make sure that all of the information (like shipping address, shipping method, and payment method) is correct. I have the order suspended until we hear back from you.

Thanks for the update. I have unsuspended the order. The warehouse should start shipping May subscriptions early next week, with about a 2 week window for getting everything shipped out.
