I've had a Monster Codex as pending for a couple of months now (part of Order . I ordered it (a "scratch-n-dent" version) right about the same time my March subscription order went out, so I wasn't surprised when it didn't go out with my March order. However, it also didn't go out with my April order. I figured there were Reasons, and didn't worry about it.
However, I now think that things may have been confused. That whole order is still listed as Pending on my accounts page. But, when I look at the order itself (3449147), it lists as having shipped.
It was not in fact shipped; the other four physical items that were part of that order did arrive back in March.
What's the status of the Monster Codex that was part of this order? Is it ever going to ship? Would it be possible to have it added to the May subscription batch that I'm picking up at PaizoCon?
(Interestingly, I can't find in my subscription page anywhere the list of items that are part of the May batch. I did check a box somewhere saying that I'd pick them up at PaizoCon, and did see the list then, but I can't find it now.)

I'm sorry for any confusion with this! It looks like the Monster Codex got stuck in a weird order limbo, where can't actually move anywhere.
I have used some universal solvent on it and will make sure it gets on its way to you as soon as possible (you should get a new order confirmation email).
Subscription pick up will only be for subscription items themselves, not other additional items.
For your May order not showing up on your subscription page: We started generating May orders to accounts yesterday. However, it crashed part of the way through. When this happens, the My Subscriptions page can have some display errors until that process is finished. Nothing to worry about at this time.
