Missing May subscription

My april order did not arrive and customer service set it up to go out with my May subscription. Now when I look at my subscriptions May doesn't show up at all and the missing items are showing to be shipped in June. Can you fix this?

Hi Ristan,

We started generating May orders to accounts late yesterday. The process crashed part of the way through. When that happens, the example subscription shipments section can have display glitches (like what you are describing) until that process actually finishes.

Your order should still get generated and you'll get an order confirmation email when that happens. If you haven't gotten one by the end of the weekend, please let us know.
