How long does a transaction take to go through?

I just bought a PDF a few minutes ago, and even got the "your payment method has been charged" message, but there is nothing in my downloads list, the item is still in my cart, and my bank has not shown any charges to my card.

Do I just need to keep waiting, or did something go wrong?


well, it's been 45 minutes, and still no downloads or bank charges, so I'm gonna go ahead and assume something happened.

If I buy it again, and I eventually get charged twice, what should I do about it?

I can't tell what happened it this time, but for whatever reason, it did not get finalized the first time you tried, so no purchase was made.

It looks like the 2nd attempt was successful.

This should only get charged the one time.
