I made a mistake and included a PDF item in this order that I forgot to remove before submitting the order. I had added it to my cart here originally when I saw it in the weekly store email, but I ended up buying the print/PDF of it elsewhere (dtrpg). Is it possible to remove it from the order? I did not download the PDF here.

Thanks for letting us know! Since you haven't downloaded the PDF, i've canceled it from the order. Since you were charged for it but have not yet been charged for the physical components of your order, you should just be paying less that amount.
While checking into this, I also noticed that the order was a bit split up because some of the items are on backorder, some have not been released yet, etc. Would you like me to combine all the orders so that everything ships all at once, or would you like to put some of the delayed items into a different order to be sent when they're ready?
Just reply to let me know what you'd prefer, and I'll get it taken care of for you. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions you may have in the meantime.
