ReaperCon Gift Certificates not working

Good afternoon,

I got a $10 gift certificate in the swag bag at ReaperCon. When I got to use it, I get the error "That code is not recognized." I triple checked that I typed it correctly. I also tried removing spaces just in case the code can't handle spaces. No luck. Other people from ReaperCon are reporting the same issue.

Both myself and my son received certificates at the con as well and they do not work. Same error as the OP is reporting. How do we get this fixed?

Looks like there was a hiccup in data. Our tech team is poking the codes and hopefully this will be resolved shortly. I've asked them to give this thread a heads up when they should be working.

Hey guys, the ReaperCon gift certificates should work fine now. There was a problem getting them activated on our end but all has been rectified. Sorry for the inconvenience.
