Spirit Totem and Greater Fey Blood stacking

So multiple instances of concealment don't stack, we all know that, but the Spirit Totem rage power's concealment-like effect is worded strangely:

"While raging, the spirits that surround the barbarian make it difficult for her enemies to see her. The spirits grant the barbarian a 20% miss chance against ranged attacks and melee attacks made by creatures that are not adjacent to the barbarian (typically due to reach)."

And the Greater Fey Blood rage power gives blur while raging:

"While raging, as long as the barbarian moves at least 10 feet, she gain the effects of blur for 1 round."

Would that combo give attacks made against the barbarian 2 separate 20% miss chances, or would it simply not stack?

First, I notice that Spirit Totem gives a miss chance because the spirits make it difficult to see the barbarian, which sounds like it's intended as a concealment miss chance even if it's not explicitly stated.

Second, James Jacobs has stated that miss chances are not intended to stack even if they don't come from concealment. This is not official and he has been wrong before (making a statement that is later overruled by an FAQ) but I'm inclined to agree with him. You can check out this thread to see if you agree.
