This isn't really something we can do. I've sent you an email with some more details.

In the future, I would recommend submitting gift items as gift order when going through the check out process, to make sure PDFs can go to the intended recipient.

I have not had chance to clean out my email. How about just crediting my account the difference on the book and the bundle on the second one, since I won't get the PDF for it?
