In the future, I would recommend submitting gift items as gift order when going through the check out process, to make sure PDFs can go to the intended recipient.
I have my PMs turned off. Customer service tries to keep everything visible where all of us can see it/know what's going on with things/be able to step in a work on things for someone else, if needed.

I have not had chance to clean out my email. How about just crediting my account the difference on the book and the bundle on the second one, since I won't get the PDF for it?
