Side cart did not ship.

Hello most adept warehouse trolls, I just received my monthly subscriptions and my side cart did not ship with them...I am kinda miffed and purchased those things with an eye near immediate use. When will May be shipping out and do I have hope of getting those items anytime soon?

Hello Weaponbreaker,

It looks like the items didn't ship with your April subscription because they were added to the sidecart after the subscription order had been generated. In cases like that we can still make it go with your subscription but you will have to let us know so we can manually add them. When the subscription order is generated it looks in the sidecart for anything that is ready to go, but it doesn't check again once the order has been generated. So we need to manually move them into the order.

Right now we are planning to run the authorization next week and start shipping the following Monday. Once we start shipping we usually allow up to 2 weeks to get all of the subscription orders sent out.

If you prefer that they all just ship out right away let me know and I will get them on their way.
