Spoiler:
When Tsuto let the goblins into sandpoint part of his plan was to take vengeance on his father Lonjiku, who owned the glassworks. Since he couldn't very well let them go, he told his goblins to murder the staff, or employees, of the glassworks.

awesome!!! i like some horror scenes sometimes haha

thank a lot for the quick help!! its my fault i really missed that part

There's something else you'll probably miss in the text, 'cause I've missed it twice so far.

Encounter Layout:
At the time the PCs find the goblins in the glassworking room (A17), Tsuto isn't there. He's actually in the basement, having drunk himself to sleep in the hidden office (A22). The problem is, when you get to the part where they describe the encounter, they give you the goblins' stat-block immediately followed by Tsuto's.

At the table, trying to keep everything straight, I ended up interpreting this format to mean that he was present when the PCs came into the glassworking room. Actually, what's supposed to happen is that the goblins recognize the PCs after a few of them die (the goblins, that is), and the survivors flee to the basement.

This is kind of important, because otherwise the PCs might not think of looking in there, and therefore fail to find Ameiko.

thanks for pointing this out

nother question:

how do you guys run dungeons?

you try to recreate it with tiles?
let the players try to draw it?

need you thoughts please!

Write one wipe off map with a 1" grid usually, I have a good collection of tiles, I just done care to use 'em - too much work really.

Now a Kickstarter just ended for a new company that is making some 8" square magnetic tiles, I'm really looking forward to haveing pre-drawn rooms to just lay down.

Whenever possible I hook up my laptop to the largest screen in the room and have Roll20 open. RoTRL has Interactive Map PDFS so if you bought those you wouldn't even need Roll20, though I do love its features.

thanks for sharing the info

i didnt know roll20, it is good site, thanks again

i wish the PDF was a bit cheaper when you buy the book, dont feel like spending another 40$ or whatever price it is

i printed a bunch of 1 inch grid we will try that tonight

happy gaming guys!
