Some orders i have recieved, others I have not recieved

Hello, I have just returned home and picked up my held mail. I was away for about two months.
As I went through my held mail, I happily uncovered a pair of white Paizo envalopes which I have opened first.
I received order # 1172656. I also received order #1196419. However, I did not receive the “launch poster”.
I have not received Order # 1175442, nor Order #1181606. If you could look into this matter I would greatly appreciate it.
