Pathfinder deities don't have stats, but 3.5 had a book with deity stats in it. There is also nothing detailing the Test of the Starstone.
3.5 is mostly compatible with Pathfinder so that might work. The rules should also be on 3.5's SRD, but I dont know if any prebuilt deities are there. Pay attention to divine ranks.
Look at the divine rules section and maybe the epic rules section.

SRD = System Reference Document, which contains many of the open-licence 3.5 rules, including the section on god-building. "Divine Ranks and Powers" page will tell you how to stat your gods.
If you want the head-thwacker version, it's called Deities and Demigods, and is a D&D Third Edition product. I believe that gods from several Earth pantheons are statted out in it, in case someone's tooling around Asgard and wants to try to punch Thor in the face; knowing exactly how hard Thor can punch back might be useful. :)

If you want to play out the journey just using Pathfinder rules:
1. There is a system for creating Mythic characters - which gain superheroic and occasionally godlike abilities over ten "tiers." One of those abilities allows a character to actually grant spells to clerics just like a deity.
2. The story feat Apotheosis would be appropriate as well; a character taking this feat has a personal campaign goal of being considered a god by at least one other god.

My advice, in short, would be this: play up to godhood. Create some really crazy test (whether crazy as complex, or crazy as unexpectedly simple) at the end of the final arc; even the characters who fail will still be famous enough to be legendary heroes for this side of forever.
Those who succeed? Well, the next party can worship your pantheon's newest gods, can't they. :)

My husband runs a game with some friends that are high lvls and want to become dieties and has a couple questions. Is there a book that can help you build deities or a book that has the test Cayden Calain to become a God? Or even recommendations on how to build a deity? Thanks in advance!
If your friends are looking to PLAY gods, I would suggest that instead of trying to shoehorn that kind of play into Pathfinder, I'd try digging up PDFs of WOTC's old Primal Order books. You might be able to find them on RPGNow!
