Hi There,
I started a subscription with order #3536240, and then selected ship as soon as possible, which swapped the order to #3536399, however my account sidecart is still showing it as sitting in 'next subscription shipment' with the option to click 'ship as soon as possible'.
I'm new to this whole sidecart business, is this normal functionality?
Was trying to fast track the PDF copy so that i can get to reading it.

Sorry for any confusions with this. That is not normal functionality. The "ship as soon as possible" button from the sidecart has been misbehaving. The tech team needs to take a look at what the goblins are up to there.
I've reinstated this copy and set it to an order than can ship as soon as possible. You should get a new order confirmation email for this. The warehouse is still the process of shipping April subscriptions orders. This should get add to the queue and be on its way in the near future.

I understand - these things happen: I appreciate you taking the time to sort my problem! Having a forum to contact you guys is actually a really good method of sorting these problems.
The order seems to have moved into a pending status in my order history - so that looks like progress :)
