clerics and other divine casters

Ok so here my question.
If you are playing a divine caster like a cleric can you change what spells you have when you pray or are you stuck with whatever spells you pick the first time you pick them?

You choose what spells to memorise every day, and can choose from the entire list- it's one of the Cleric/Druid/Shaman advantages.
