I'd like to request that the items in my sidecart that are available be shipped (specifically the Strategy and Iconic Heroes sets #1 and #2).

I also have a question about Order #3525485 --
I pre-ordered both the Paladin and Monk Class deck on this order, but only the Paladin deck is showing in my sidecart.
Is this a known issue with the sidecart/Monk Deck, or is something wrong with my order?

I have moved the Strategy Guide and the Iconic Heroes Sets #1 and #2 to a new order to ship as soon as they can. You should get an email confirming this order information.

Monk was in an order/sidecart limbo we've been seeing sometimes (which the tech team needs to investigate). I have rescued it from limbo.

Since I just cancelled your only subscription via your other post, your sidecart no longer exists, the items that were in your sidecart got moved to a separate order. Currently, they are all set to wait and ship together. If you want these items split up to ship as they become available, just let us know.

At the moment - shipping the rest of the stuff all together is fine.

Could you please let me know why this order is still pending and hasn't shipped yet?

Hi Mistarrel,

The warehouse has been wrapping up shipments for April releases (which includes Set 2). It should be on its way to you anytime.
