I know, right! It gets your hopes up that your packages have in fact shipped, even though you haven't received the Shipment email for that particular package. I realised mine hadn't actually shipped when one of my subscription items was not in My Downloads.
Crossing fingers that the warehouse goblin taming project is sufficiently advanced to get the rest of my order out today. :)

I am currently expecting something like:
"Due to some rather complicated space time distortions in our warehouse - blame Cosmo - it is not unusual for us to start shipping a package several days, before it actually exits/exists in, our warehouse... also I am pretty sure that some of the goblins ate one or more of your scratch and dent items.. . "

I understand, that the reason, that they can't charge when we make the order and give us the PFS instantly, has something to do with credit card companies.
Some option to get the stuff right now, when the entire order is paid for by store credit (like mine, I really hate it when my credit cards company screws up) would sidestep the issue.
